How To Clear Cache and Cookies

If you use Window Internet Explorer (IE) as the browser:

a. If you open more than one IE screen, just leave one screen open and close the other screens.

b. In your IE browser’s screen, go to the toolbar at the top of the screen and click “Tools” >> “Internet Options”.

c. A new window will pop up. In the “General” tab, you will find “Temporary Internet File” section at the middle of the window.

d. Click “Delete Cookies” button, then click “OK” when a window asking for your confirmation appears. Wait while it’s deleting.

e. After it’s done, then click “Delete Files”. Again, click “OK” to confirm. It may take a while to process.

f. After if’s finished deleting, click “OK” at the bottom of the window. Yes, you’re done! At Step d and e, you’re clearing your cookies and cache, respectively.

If you use Mozilla Fire Fox (FF) as the browser:

a. If you open more than one FF tab, just leave one tab open and close the other tabs.

b. In the FF browser’s screen, go to the toolbar at the top of the screen and click “Tools” >> “Clear Private Data”.

c. A new window will pop up. Tick the checkbox for “Cache” and “Cookies”. Then click “Clear Private Data Now”.

d. And you’re done! With Firefox, you can clear Cache and Cookies simultaneously in a single step.
